Sales and Advisory Services
- Implement a commercial loan sales activities including a review of existing customer accounts identify potential sales and manage new business opportunities
- Maintain a good network of business relationships with the community under the category of entrepreneurs, especially small and medium enterprises (SMEs)
- Improve product quality through customer and market feedback, and submit to the Department of Research and Product Development
- Provide sales and advisory services to clients
- Implement initiatives to identify opportunities for cross-selling products in the category appropriate fee based on the needs of existing customers (eg salary crediting services, Agronet, takaful and others)
Account Management and Financing Asset Quality
- Support Branch to process loan applications involving credit ratings, letters of offer Production (LO) and start with the customer to qualify the previous trading (CP)
- Prepare reports credit control (for example, Watch list / delinquent accounts, MIA movement, dashboard credit for Funding Review Committee Business Center [FRC] and others)
Customer Service Management
- Delivering quality and best customer service
- Effective delivery in time determined round (TAT)
compliance - Comply with all relevant activities specified in o01 (Credit Operations Manual), MO134 (Documentation of Credit and Payments in CAD / CAC Level) and any related Manual
- Comply with all applicable internal controls and established policies and procedures such as, Anti-Money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism (AMLATFA), Personal Data
Protection Act (PDPA) and Standard BNM Guidelines
Other
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management from time to time
Eligibility Requirements:
- Bachelor of Business Studies or any equivalent
- Pass Credit Certificate Programme Internal (ICCP)
- Certified Credit Professional (CCP) / other relevant certificate is an advantage
- Able to work well under minimum supervision
- Able to meet deadlines and set objectives in an effective manner
- Go-getter, high energy level and constantly seek improvement measures
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Can increase the portfolio of credit business and operational risk management and customer
- strong knowledge of banking products
