Branch Operations & Management
- Supervise service team by ensuring that activities are properly carried out banking operations
- Supervise support team by ensuring that office, credit and financial administration properly carried out.
- Assist in promoting the products offered by Agrobank
- Develop and maintain a network of business relationships Customer Service Management
- Proactively conduct cross-selling to walk in customers
- Assist and ensure staff offers quality and best customer service
- Maintain good relationships with key customers, depositors
- Maintain a good understanding of the Business Centre and other departments in all areas of operation
- Monitor and supervise the activation of inactive accounts
- Resolve all complaints regarding compliance operations
- Implement a function in the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) System Solution
- Implementing obligations under the Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorism Financing Act (AMLA), guidelines and procedures relating to Bank Negara Malaysia
- Perform other duties as directed by the Regional Manager and Management from time to time
- As a Compliance & Risk / BCM relations representative for the Branch arrangement
- Lead, motivate and coach operations team to achieve set targets and standards
- Identify and recommend training requirements for service and support staff
- Ensure that job rotation for staff development
Eligibility requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies / other related discipline with 2 years of banking operations or any equivalent
- Proven track record Branch sales, operations, customer service and extensive knowledge of credit
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to maintain good relationships with customers and partners
- Passionate and self-motivation
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications
- The third language is an advantage
