Strategy & Planning
- Lead, guide and ensure that the branch meets the IEC as directed from within Management
- Responsible for improving driving performance and Branch, which is responsible for the administration of the sale proceeds and cost effective
- Ensuring overall branch operations running smoothly by taking risks and compliance with the guidelines set by the management and administration of the law sales management
- Plan, assess and improve the development branch and continue to monitor the performance and progress of banking operations
- Coordinate and manage any sub-premise to achieve business targets (if any)
- Set, review and communicate sales targets for all levels in all branches.
- Develop and maintain a network of business contacts, clients, particularly SMEs arrangement
- Ensure that the Planning and Development of Human Resources in branches and sub-strategic premises that are designed and implemented
- Responsible for reporting on developments relating to the business and the circumstances Branch Regional Manager
Customer Service Management
- Assist and ensure staff offers quality and best customer service and promote cultural practices PATRIOT
- Maintain a good understanding of the Business Centre and other departments in all areas of operations
- Resolve customer complaints and requests within the prescribed time compliance
- Ensure compliance with all internal controls and policies and procedures such as the Anti-Money Laundering Act
- Promote a culture of compliance and risk awareness at the Branch level
- Perform other duties as directed by the Regional Manager and Management from time to time
Eligibility requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies / other related discipline with 3 years banking operations or any equivalent
- Proven track record Branch sales, operations, customer service and extensive knowledge of credit
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Pass the Certified Internal credit
- Credit Certified Professional certification / other is an advantage
- Able to work under minimum supervision
- Able to meet deadlines and set objectives in an effective manner
- Go-getter, high energy level and constantly seek improvement measures
