- Tawarruq
The Shariah Concept applied for this programme is Tawarruq. Tawarruq consist of two sale and purchase contracts where the customer purchases the Commodity from the Bank at a mark-up sale price (Bank’s Sale Price) on a deferred payment basis and subsequently sells the Commodity to a Commodity Supplier for cash at the Bank’s Purchase Price with the objective of obtaining cash.

Financing Amount
- Minimum: RM50,000
- Maximum: RM500,000
Profit Rate
- As low as 3.75% per annum calculated based on daily balance
Facility Tenure
- Up to 84 months (7 years)
Credit Tenure
- Broiler Chicken – Up to two (2) months per (1) cycle
- Crossbred Village Chicken - Up to three (3) months per (1) cycle

- No collateral required
Financing Scope
Working capital financing is provided for the following needs:
- Purchase of day-old chick (DOC)
- Purchase of poultry feed stocks
- Purchase of medicines vaccines
- Wages and utilities
Eligibility
- Malaysian citizens
- Aged between 18 to 60 years (at the end of financing period)
- Companies registered under the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) / Relevant authorities or District Office in Sabah and Sarawak.
- The business or company have three (3) years’ experience in poultry chicken farming.
Document Requirement
- Application form for financing facility
- Copy of identity card
- Bank financial statement (latest 12 months from all active bank accounts)
- Audited accounts (if applicable)
- Invoice for day-old chick (DOC) purchases is required in determining the financing amount.
