PRIMA program offers financing to Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) for operating capital or purchase of fixed assets to increase business competitiveness in areas involving the green economy, high technology in agriculture and food production, as well as compliance with halal industry requirements.
Financial guarantees of up to 80% (subject to terms and conditions) are provided by Syarikat Jaminan Pembiayaan Perniagaan Berhad (SJPP) for the eligible business entities under Government Guarantee Scheme MADANI (GGSM) in line with MADANI's aspirations.

- Tawarruq
Tawarruq consists of two sale and purchase contracts. The first transaction involves the sale of commodities by the seller to the buyer on a deferred payment. Then, the buyer in the first sales transaction will sell the commodity to a third party in cash.

Eligibility
- Sole proprietorship, partnership, or private limited company (Sdn Bhd) with at least 51% Malaysian ownership.
- Applicants must be between 21 years old (during application) and up to 60 years old (at the time of expiry of the financing period).
