As part of the Malaysian government’s effort in improving the efficiency of the country’s tax administration, the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (“IRBM”) is implementing e-Invoice. You may visit IRBM’s website on this nationwide initiative for further information.
In adherence to IRBM’s initiative, AGROBANK will be issuing e-Invoices in compliance with IRBM’s requirement starting from 1 July 2025 onwards.
To facilitate the issuance of e-Invoices and your receipt of e-invoices for all bank charges, fees, and interest paid to AGROBANK, we seek your assistance to update your details such as Tax Identification Number (TIN) and Sales and Service Tax (SST), Registration Number (if applicable) and other relevant information for purposes of generating e-Invoices via the Service Request Form.
If you :
Duly fill in and submit the Service Request Form: AGROBANK will issue e-Invoice(s) to you for any applicable transactions starting from 1 July 2025.
Do not fill in and submit the Service Request Form: AGROBANK will not be able to issue e-Invoice(s) to you for any applicable transactions starting from 1 July 2025.
Should you wish to receive the e-Invoice, kindly update your details as follows:
- Individual Customers: Please visit the nearest Agrobank Branch to complete the e-invoice opt-in process.
- Corporate Customers: You are required to provide the necessary information via the following link: https://forms.office.com/r/1AYF47iWzb
