Among the business activities involved are food distribution and delivery activities through e-hailing platforms such as Food Panda, Grab Food, and related to it and for those who carry out home-based business activities (including for distribution and/or processing) or business activities at licensed stalls.

3. I/We hereby authorize Agrobank or Agrobank's representative to obtain/give my/our personal information or any other information related to this application from/to the Financial Company/Bank/Employer or other relevant parties, for the purpose of this financing’s application.

4. I/We hereby agree to allow Agrobank to carry out the relevant credit review/verification on me/us and to disclose my/our personal information or any other information related to this application to Bank Negara Malaysia, Credit Bureau, any Government Agency and/or any agent appointed by the Agrobank from time to time as Agrobank deems necessary, for the purposes of this financing’s application accordance with the relevant laws including the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and the Credit Reporting Agency Act 2010.

5. I/We also agree to allow Agrobank to carry out credit check/verification related to any agency providing financing such as Tabung Ekonomi Kumpulan Usaha Niaga (TEKUN), Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA) or Amanah Ikhtiar Malaysia (AIM) as required by the Agrobank on me/us and to provide or disclose information regarding this financing facility or Customer to those parties for the purpose and related to the enforcement and maintenance of Agrobank's rights stated herein or if ordered by the Court.

6. I/We admit to not having any siblings or husband or wife or children or mother or father working at Agrobank.

7. The details above and the declaration given in this form will be adopted and will continue to be in effect regardless of any financing documents signed if the financing facility is approved.

8. I/We also allow my/our employer or any related party to deduct revenue/income for installment payments if I obtain this financing facility.

9. I/We hereby confirm that I/we will use the facility amount for the purpose of my/our business or the project financed by Agrobank under the financing facility only.
