- Manage the overall implementation and implementation of performance management and process improvements that lead to a positive and measurable impact in Bank and follow best practices
- Designing and developing training programmes and PMS
- Establish performance and continuous quality improvement e orts in monitoring and reporting system
- Regularly report performance status and quality improvement e orts ad impression. Analyze and review PMS data and the results of all business units
- Attend and report to Management PMS and when required
- To supervise, administer and ensure effective implementation due to management
Eligibility Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Economics, Finance / Accountancy / Banking, Human Resource Management, Marketing or equivalent
- Minimum and years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Knowledge of performance management and assessment tools
- Ability to communicate with all levels of staff, discreet with excellent human relations
- Preferably Managers specializing in Banking / Financial Services or equivalent
