Bicara Agro: Agrobank Kongsi Maklumat Mengenai Prospek Dan Peluang Menjadi Jutawan Agro
Kuala Lumpur : Agrobank today organised a knowledge sharing programme called ‘Bicara Agro’. The programme that is entering it’s second year discuss on topics and latest issues related to agriculture and agro-based industries. For this time, the theme is Prospect’s and Opportunities in becoming Agriculture Millionaires
The programme was initiated by YB Dato’ Sri Ahmad Shabery Cheek, Minister of Agriculture and Agro-Based Industry (MoA), as part of the initiatives to share knowledge and fresh ideas focusing on agriculture overview in Malaysia.
According to Dato’ Wan Mohd Fadzmi Wan Othman, President /Chief Executive Officer of Agrobank, Bicara Agro will highlight the industry big players in agricultural and agro-based industries such as entrepreneurs, researchers, agricultural experts to share their success.
“This programme is one of Agrobank’s initiatives in supporting MoA in organising more knowledge sharing sessions to share insights pertaining the issues as well as topics related to technology in agriculture industries. Prospects and opportunities in the agricultural sector is vast, therefore, Agrobank constantly improve its services and financing products in order to remain competitive and to fulfill the needs of our customer. We want our customers to see Agrobank as their strategic business partner and we must take full advantage to help them look at agriculture from a broader perspective so their business potentials can be developed with the assistance of Agrobank,” he added.
180 guests have attended the programme including agriculture and agro-based entrepreneurs from Selangor, Negeri Sembilan and Kuala Lumpur, students from Universiti Putra Malaysia, as well as Agrobank’s management team,

At the same event, Agrobank presented a certificate of appreciation to Pertubuhan Peladang Kawasan (PPK) Kuala Langat as the most outstanding AGRONetBiz customer for 2016. Apart from that, Agrobank awarded certificates of appreciation to three (3) banking agents, AGROAgent, under Lembaga Pertubuhan Peladang. The three agents are:
