- Agrobank’s customers either Malaysian or non-Malaysian citizen (Agrobank’s account holder/non-account holder)
- Aged 16 to 70 years
- Good healthy and free from any physical deformity. If not, please declare.

- 24 hours worldwide coverage for Malaysian citizen and for non-Malaysian citizen, the coverage is limited in Malaysia only.
- Effective 12 months starting from the date of purchased
