Objective
To meet business working capital requirement for company viable which possess shareholders equity under RM20.0 million, to continue business under the current challenging economy situation.
Eligibility
- Companies from all economic sectors
- Incorporated under the Companies Act 1965 with at least 51% of its shares are being held by Malaysians.
- Shareholder’s equity less than RM20 Million.
Financing Limit
- Minimum of RM50, 000
- Maximum of RM10.0 million per company
Note :
- Only one company of subsidiary group or related corporation eligible to get guarantee
Guarantee Cover
- 80% guarantee by the government
Financing Period
Guarantee Fees
- 0.5% p.a on outstanding balance
Application Deadline
- Open from 16 March 2009 to 31 December 2009 or upon approval of financing up to RM5 billion, whichever is earlier.
